Christopher Goodwin is an American actor, playwright, and director, born on December 19, 1980, in Hanford, California. He studied theatre at California State University, Stanislaus, and began performing on stage at the age of five.
Goodwin has an extensive background in musical theatre, having performed in productions such as Grease, West Side Story, Children of Eden, and Oklahoma! with various California-based theatre companies. He also appeared in Off-Broadway productions in New York, including A Midsummer Night’s Dream: A Rock Musical and Titus Andronicus.
He is best known for his work with Steve Silver’s Beach Blanket Babylon, a long-running San Francisco musical revue, where he portrayed a wide range of characters from pop culture and politics.
In addition to acting, Goodwin has directed stage productions and appeared in several short films, including Blindspot, Birdflu of My Chicken Heart, and Batman: Battle for the Cowl. He also worked behind the scenes as a Unit Production Manager on the film Cartel.
