This signed 10″ x 8″ colour photo features Matt Zimmerman, the voice of Alan Tracy in the original Thunderbirds series. As the youngest of the Tracy brothers, Alan was the pilot of Thunderbird 3 and the heart of International Rescue’s space missions. Zimmerman’s voice helped define the character’s charm, courage, and occasional impatience.
Matt Zimmerman voiced Alan Tracy in the original 1960s Thunderbirds series, as well as the feature films Thunderbirds Are Go and Thunderbird 6. He also voiced numerous other characters in the show and returned to the franchise in 2015 to voice Professor Harold in Thunderbirds Are Go. Beyond puppets and rockets, Zimmerman had a rich career in theatre and television, with roles in The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy, Mike and Angelo, Never the Twain, and a memorable run of Wrangler Jeans commercials in the UK.
